About

The company "Barnabeli" was established in 2017 as a manufacturer of alcoholic beverages. The manufactured product first came on the market in 2021 and it was a single malt whiskey made from 100% natural ingredients.The company sells its products mainly in the Georgian market and online sales.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, and yeast.

01 Making Malt

As a result of special processing, barley is transformed into malt, which is boiled in a pot at a certain temperature.

02 Fermentation

The resulting liquid is cooled, after which it is given yeast and undergoes fermentation in a cool place for some time.

03 Boiling & Charcoal filtration

After the fermentation is complete, the liquid is transferred to the distillation pot, in which it is boiled and the first distillate is obtained. Before the distilled distillate is re-distilled, it undergoes coal filtration.

04 Aging & Bottling

After coal filtration, it is then re-distilled and the resulting distillate is transferred to oak barrels and stored for several years. As a result, we get a distillate called "whiskey". Whiskey stored in oak barrels acquires a refined taste, tenderness, and superior quality.
